Stephanie Moras

Stephanie Moras studied law at the University of Antwerp, graduating in June 2011 with a Master of Laws with honours.

She joined our firm in September 2011 and has been a lawyer with the Antwerp bar ever since. On 1 October 2019, Stephanie Moras was promoted to partner.

She is active in building law in the broad sense, mainly specialising in the legislation on public procurement.

Stephanie Moras is also author of several academic publications on public procurement and is regularly invited as a speaker at seminars and lectures. These academic engagements allow her to respond quickly to the most recent and important evolutions in public procurement law.

Stephanie is a member of the Belgian Construction Law Association and, together with Prof. Dr. Kristof Uytterhoeven, she represents the firm in the Public Procurement Foundation (Stichting Overheidsopdrachten).
