Ellen Cortois

Ellen Cortois graduated with distinction as a Master of Laws at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in February 2022. 

Because of a great interest in the ins and outs of companies, she chose to study economic law during her master's degree. In addition, she developed a special interest in contract law in the broadest sense.

Through numerous internships, she built up experience in company law, business law and real estate law in particular.

Under the supervision of Ignace Kroos and Frederik Van Overtveldt, she will strengthen the fields of 'corporate' and 'mergers & acquisitions' (M&A). 

Ellen joined the firm in February 2022 and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since March 2022.
