Mandate of trustee

We are proud to announce that our partners, Kristiaan Caluwaerts and Federico Wuyts, have been officially included on the list of trustees at the Antwerp Court, after passing various tests and interviews. In the beginning of September, they will take their oath and will be appointed as insolvency trustee (curator, liquidator, court mandator).

This is a great recognition for their years of accumulated knowledge and experience in insolvency law. The expertise they will gain from their mandate as insolvency practitioners will also contribute to the further development of our practice area Insolvency & Restructuring.
