Stéphanie Schepens and Jochen Ooms as of today appointed as counsel 

The collaboration with Stéphanie Schepens and Jochen Ooms was further consolidated. As from today, they are officially appointed as counsel of Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers. Both have been active within the firm for 6 years and are essential for the legal service and professional follow-up of numerous files.

Stéphanie has been active at the Antwerp Bar for 9 years and focuses in particular on private construction law. She assists architects, real estate developers, contractors and other real estate professionals, including in the drafting of construction contracts and advising on construction insurance, liability and residential construction law (Breyne Act). She also has extensive experience in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of construction and real estate disputes.

Jochen is active in real estate and construction law with a particular focus on public procurement. He advises and represents both companies and public administrations regarding the award of public contracts or during the execution of them. In addition, he has extensive experience in disputes before the regular courts as well as before the Council of State.

This successful agreement with both lawyers is another milestone for the firm!
